That is our serial number however, I'm not able to locate your exact order to confirm the unit. I think the best answer would be to talk over the phone and see if we can locate your original order. I'm sorry I could not provide a definitive answer to your request but we will continue to service you until we are done.

| The only number I could find on the LiteGait machine was MR SN#02-2604. I am guessing this is the serial number. Amy

Hi, I am trying to assemble a quick reference guide of the various lift systems we use in our hospital and am having difficulty finding any information about proper harness fitting, how to fasten/adjust straps, how to operate the machine, and basic information on charging the machine. Is there an electronic version of an operating manual for the Lite Gait I available?
