There was a presentation on accommodation at CSM in San Diego a couple of years ago (I may be wrong about which conference), which convinced me that we should be using them for training... MOST steps we take do NOT have both LEs moving at the same speed.

I saw the article this weekend about the study done at Kennedy Krieger.  I'll ask Karen Good to comment.

What does anyone think of the treadmills with two separate belts, so that each leg is controlled separately?
