There is no minimum.  I have lots of new studies (see http://www.easystand.com/ginny) that say this is the best wayto improve or maintain BMD.  Just go slow and monitor BP, HR and RR

This was a question posted on the APTA Neurology section's Neuro Listserve.    The initial question was asking about minimum BMD scores for an MS patient who has been non-ambulatory for a couple of years.  Any ideas?

On a related topic, is anyone aware of guidelines for use of BWSTT with patients who have osteogenisis imperfecta (OI)?
