Question from a new customer: I am a physical Therapist and we recently purchased the Lite Gait. I attempted to put a patient of mine in the device who has "pusher syndrome." I found that she was sitting on the harness and I could not figure out how to prevent that. It did not seem like the harness was in the wrong place and as I tried to adjust the straps above I just ended up picking her of the ground. Please help.
