The treadmill you have is manufactured by a company called TRUE. The problem you are incurring comes from not complete inserting the safety cylinder. A clear stick attached to a clip with a piece of string should have come with your treadmill. Insert the cylinder into the front of the display. The screen should display ADJ WGHT, you may now use the treadmill. If you have further problems please contact our technical support office.
I have new GateKeeper 1800T treadmill and the buttons don't respond. The display is scrolling TRUE and there are four dashed below it. Do you know what the problem is?
